A basin waste is an essential part of a bathroom sink installation. They are fitted in the drain outlet of a basin and then to a trap before connecting to the waste pipe.
Available slotted which is used on a basin with a built-in overflow or unslotted for a basin with no overflow (freestanding sink). These wastes can come with a separate plug to fill the basin with water, but the modern version is a pop up waste with a lever, flip top or push button mechanism for ease of use.
